Committee
The Fund has two Committees.
Firstly, the Advisory Committee which is made up of local representatives from within the community and has the following remit:
- To decide on funding priorities for the community
- To determine the distribution policy (balance between immediate impact vs. endowment fund)
- Solicit, and support where necessary, applications to the Fund
- Make recommendations regarding proposed successful applications and size of grants
- Monitor the development of the Fund and the impact and effectiveness of grants made.

Secondly, the Fund Development Committee, whose purpose is to oversee and promote fund-raising activities for the Kinross-shire Fund.
